Frequently Asked Questions

1.) Is Agent Conquest able to do other things besides generating seller leads?

Yes. While we specialise in generating seller leads and listing opportunities, we also run buyer leads campaigns:

  • Buyers agent leads

  • Buyers for a specific property (to sell a listing for a higher price)

2.) Does Agent Conquest run our social media profiles and post organically?

No. We unfortunately don't post any organic content.

Reason being, these posts can possibly be good for brand awareness, and it is a decent long-term strategy. But unless you have a huge following, they are not the best strategy when it comes to lead generation.

What we found was that generating leads effectively is the best strategy to get brand awareness anyway. Each new client you obtain with has their whole network to refer you with clients which can scale exponentially.

3.) Can Agent Conquest set my appointments for me booked straight into my calendar?

While we used to do this, we found that it was better for the relationship building process that the real estate agents set their own appointments.

Think of us like your personal receptionist - we don't sell your service, we just obtain their information, make them as warm as possible through videos and automated messages, then hand them off to you based on their intent.

Closing deals is what you're good at and why you chose this profession in the first place - so we keep it that way.

4.) My company already sends me leads, why not just use those?

If you want to rely on old leads - that's up to you.

We allow you to find who's currently in the market & looking to sell (or buy) right now, and not have to rely on anyone else for creating a full pipeline.

5.) Marketing agencies contact me all the time, how are you different?

We advertise, collect lead information & automatically nurture/qualify your leads to find out who’s serious – and you’re notified of every step.

There are no other agencies like ours. Most of them never go past "Collecting lead information".

We used to be like other agencies until we realised that generating leads is 1/5 of the process to get a listing. We constantly iterated and to come up with our systems which will help you get as many on-site appraisals as possible.

7.) Can't I just hire a $1/hour freelancer on Upwork/Fiverr from the Philippines to do this?

I've talked to hundreds of other real estate agents thinking the same thing and then come back months later after getting zero results.

If they were actually good at running paid ads funnels, they wouldn't be working for $1/hr. They do not have our strategy, they don't have our training, and I can certainly guarantee you they will be burning all of your leads.

If this was an option that actually worked everybody would be doing it.

8.) I think I might try this myself instead of hiring someone

While it's something one can learn with time, achieving proficiency and seeing results can take considerable effort and experimentation.

If you want to spend 12 months, 5 figures on coaches, courses, mentors, or masterminds, and tens of thousands of dollars in ad spend - feel free to do so.

The 12 months you spend learning could have been 12 months that campaigns were already operating at maximum efficiency.

And even if you are good at it, it's still something you're going to have to outsource unless you want to effectively become a full time marketing manager as your day job.

9.) I already have an in-house marketer or assistant that I can train internally

Paid advertising funnels is a unique skill set that requires a deep understanding of the strategies, tools, regulations, and best practices that have evolved over time. While an assistant is fantastic at qualifying and nurturing leads, the nuances of paid ads might differ from their typical responsibilities.

Training someone internally can take time, and there's a learning curve involved. During this period, there might be missed opportunities or inefficiencies. We have been immersed in paid ads funnels, can hit the ground running, ensuring immediate value and results.

Imagine pairing your internally trained assistant with an agency focused solely on paid ads funnels. This duo could capitalise on each other's strengths, leading to an even more robust sales pipeline. 10.) Can I ramp the ads up or down at any time?

If an ad is doing well and well above KPI, with permission of our clients we will increase the budget to scale quickly.

While a campaign is active, we require a minimum of $15 AUD ($10 USD) on ad spend per day to get the best out of Meta's algorithm.

If you want to put your campaign on pause, talk to our team and we will discuss the next steps - we understand that you agents want work-life balance so it wouldn't make sense to have your campaign running while you're on holiday.

11.) I like Agent Conquest's services but want to work on a commission basis after a closed deal.

We don't want to be investing in someone who is afraid to invest in themselves.

If you can't take a chance on yourself, why should we?

We don't know how well you convert leads. What if we did 90% of the heavy lifting but you couldn't do the rest of the 10%?

While this isn't our main offer, if you book a call with us we can discuss whether it makes sense for both parties to have this payment structure.

12.) Do you have an 'Exclusivity Policy'?

Yes. We only offer our service to one real estate professional / company / team per certain amount of area.

This means there are no shared leads, high marketing costs or agents sharing our service.

If we had multiple agents in the same area, their ads would be competing against each other and increasing the cost per lead, making it harder to hit KPI.
